Laëtitia Ramamonjisoa

Laëtitia Ramamonjisoa is a French-Malagasy art director, director and photographer based in Paris.

Growing up between Madagascar and Paris, she developed a singular visual language rooted in identity, diaspora and the poetic power of the image. A graduate of the Kourtrajmé film school — founded by Oscar-nominated director Ladj Ly — she went on to establish herself as a distinct creative force.

In 2022, she led the Art direction of Chanel’s first-ever show on African soil in Dakar — writing and directing the full documentary series alongside Ladj Ly.

Her debut short film IMANI was selected at Clermont-Ferrand International Film Festival. The music video “Shuffle” for Tshegue became a cult favorite — a kaleidoscopic portrait of urban movement and human energy.

Most recently, she wrote and directed K(NOT), a six-film series for Blu Samu’s debut album. Six distinct visual universes shaped through bold art direction — each a different woman.

Currently developing her first feature-length film. Operating at the intersection of art direction, cinema and AI, Laëtitia shapes visual identities across film, fashion and music.
